Pain: Always Stronger Than Tears!

Pain: Always Stronger Than Tears

Whether we see, hear it or never, in life:

everything God ever created has tears.

Forests, mountains, rivers and oceans:

all cry, wail and grovel with melancholy.

Birds of the sky, crawling animals and

all marine creatures, insects: all tear up.

A giant pond of zillion tears, our world is:

God founded it upon many teary waters.

Teary skies reflecting blue ocean tears:

mother nature sobbing rainy teardrops.

 Tear-scarred, blighted and vitiated souls

covetous Cain slew dear brother Abel.

Thus committed the first millennial sin,

yoking humanity to endless teary pain.

Decades, centuries over millenniums

collided and morphed up time of pain.

Tears are sad tracks left out by pain.

The world was not prepared for the tears

and pain and calamities brought

In by the twin-year twenty-twenty.

nefarious Pandemic rocked the world.

It was not history which taught me

about the pandemic world of 1918

but the vicious virus in the twin year.

Dead bodies swelled up in numbers

the tears grew as the pain of fear took

over our empty and forsaken streets:

 virus wantonly choking every breath.

Losing loved ones brings grief and tears

accompanied by bruising emotive pain.

Tears cried may dry up outwardly but

forever remain the scars in our souls.

All the pain expressed in tears become

our psychosis thus remains implanted

for life in our sad memories of loss.

Only the grave has the power to end

the emotional pain suffered in life.

Departed souls cannot cry and lament

their own demise but rely on us to do

the bid of crying for them.

Years of pain may suppress our tears

giving us a false sense of immunity

while tears silently engrave our souls.

Yes, love is stronger than death,

but life taught me that pain

is always stronger than the tears.

All the sad tears we cry are immortal

and suffice to know that only God

will wipe them off in that City:

where we will cry no more.
