TO CATCH A BREATH..

To the most preyed animals, catching a breath is to float flirtatiously with almost guaranteed death: winking, slumbering, and sleeping with one eye open, Yes, this is a world where dreaming during sleep is forbidden. Dare to catch a breath, dare to be lunch for some vicious predators!

To catch a breath for a fugitive of the law, is as tormenting as having rapid irregular heartbeats. The heart beating out of sync with the brain thus rendering irreconcilable thought patterns leading to pounding headaches awash with real fears of ending behind bars. Catching a nap to this forever woke fella is learning to sleep with eyes open like a rabbit. A sigh is all there is.

To catch a nap for a thief after a successful steal is a gold mine and a five-star hotel room for which this self-funded millionaire will pay any amount. Criminal tracks left behind during the crime are always and immediately forgotten by the sleepy-headed outlaw: till the heavy knocks hit his only door. To catch a breath is to catch a thief to a law enforcing personnel.

To catch a breath for a two-timing corrupt politician is always welcomed as a deservedly earned rest from legal public looting of taxpayers and fleecing of the public purse. No need for an upright heartbeat and self-correcting conscious.

To the rest of the wicked out there and all sorts of evil vitiated souls: there's no catching of breath anytime and anywhere as the Lord declared...there's no rest afforded them.

To catch a breath for all the innocent, it is an entitlement and deserved rest like drinking from the coolest well in a hot sunny day. Kick your shoes off, throw hands up like you don't care. Yes, you're even free to throw those sweaty clothes and dive deep down the pool of life. Come on, relax to the max and catch a nap and float in wonderland: Breathe!

To catch a breath is God's Final Promise to man:  for all those who kept His Word down here below...entering God’s Rest is the Final Reward: while those who despised His Word await eternal damnation and the gnashing of teeth. To catch a breath is to catch a nap on the lap of Jesus when your day on earth is done! Getting caught by God during a nap is the best breath there is. There's no rest for the wicked.

In Pursuit Of A Dream!   Life is great and life is hard! Life is cruel and life is not fair! These are some of the most common overtones heard daily from Space. If the Almighty were to afford you a rare chance to sit on top of the Globe for one day: you like God, will hear these conjectures coming from the corridors of life below.   We live in the noisiest and the most congested Planet as humans. If God had offered a choice to parents in which Planet, they’d wish to have their babies born. SO, YOU THINK YOU HAVE A COVENANT WITH GOD?

COMMENTS ... Sometimes, to think that I'm in charge of what I write, where and when I like: is just a wish.  Yesterday I wrote a complete Soweto June 16th Uprisings Tribute.. two hours later, I've had to delete the whole thing. Why? Because l had no witness of the Spirit in my heart.  Well, that's just me! God gave me all these Thoughts and Words to play with the rest of my life. I have gazillion words to play around with.  This narrative came over me early this morning. I felt like God was reminding me of the Covenant between Him and Jesus.  Kenneth Copeland and all the false teachers dance around their mega churches and brag about the Covenant they never had.  I'm always left speechless whenever I see thousands run behind false teachers and false prophets as if they cannot read the Bible for themselves.  I follow Jesus in His Word and nobody else. I am the addict of the Doctrine of Christ!  Nothing fascinates and moves my heart and soul like the anointed Word of God!
