INVISIBLE WALLS OF PAIN!
Invisible Walls Of Pain!
Love is stronger than death, King Solomon said these profound words
in the Book of Songs. Perhaps, it’s the rhythmic rhyme thereof people find more
intoxicating than the actual meaning of the same.
If you asked me, what Solomon meant
exactly when he said, love is stronger than death. I really don’t know. It’s a
little bit harder to find a connection between love and death.
What about pain, is there a cure for emotional and spiritual pain
in the world? These walls of pain
recognize no class: rich, poor, educated or illiterate, matters not!
I believe our world would be a
better place for all who live in, if pain was just another controllable common
disease. Here, take two of these pills three times a day.
If you don’t feel better after seven days, please come back to me! Your
loving and caring doctor would have said these words to you.
If the pain in your heart and soul
were physical discomforts, no stress: just call your doctor. How beautiful our world would be.
What are the physical side effects of pain, is there some way for
one to detect this deep-seated spiritual tumour which gnaws and feeds on human
soul?
There would be no recorded suicides in
the world today if we had medication to treat pain.
There is something very notorious about pain. I still do not
understand why most people choose to suffer quietly inside their barricaded invisible coccons.
Pain sufferers tend to build these
invisible walls around them and thus shut everyone else outside, even their
closest of kin!
Pain is not a communal disease since her sufferers have learned to
master the art of blending and identifying with every day people.
We are one and same persons, can you
see pain written on my face?
Invisible walls of pain are not detectable by the closest margins
even when the most sophisticated equipment in Medical Science are used.
Whenever your doctor diagnoses stress
in your body please, be advised that you are now treading alone in the world of
pain.
A little stressing always led to a bigger one and before you know
it: you are just inches away from a 100% depression which may be fatal. You
will rock up dead one day!
We reach this pivotal critical point
of depression when we refuse to accept trivial things or sad events of yesteryears
as evidence of the past realities we’ve been through in life.
I once lived and hid behind these invisible walls of pain for two
years without anyone knowing about my condition. I could do any daily chores at
any given day but then, comes the night!
It was impossible to sleep without
taking lots of pain killers since it was unbearably painful to lay down on either
side.
While showering one morning, I had this piercing arrow going
through the right side of my belly and exited through my back. I cannot begin
to tell you about the pain which followed.
Incredibly, I was able to reveal
this to my shocked wife two years later after God had healed me. Invisible walls
of pain need no architect or building materials. They just rise up sharply and
only the sufferer can see them.
Aging and growing old is one hell of a pain for more than one third
of the world population today. Dementia, sugar diabetes, cancers, and innumerable
diseases: are killing our senior citizens daily.
These walls of pain are forever
closing in as you mature into age and there’s no medication for this reality.
Only if you could learn to
accept aging as a reverse-birthing for your tired body’s metamorphosis
preparing to go back to the belly of the earth where we all came from.
O rats, can’t you give me a better
hope than this! Of course, I know I will die one day, just like everybody else..
I just don’t want to decay while walking!
Walls of pain are part of our being and confirm that as men of
dust: to the dust we shall return!
The last enemy that shall be
destroyed is death. For now, you and me, continue with our lives enshrined in
this cloak of death, called the human body, our flesh!
Please, be warned! These walls of pain have no age restrictions,
they just pitch up at any age without notice.
Stress,
extreme stressing and finally depression are the number one killer in the
world today!
Here’s my earnest prayer for you: wherever you maybe.. I wish you Godspeed!
