  JOB, THE EPITOME OF HUMAN SUFFERINGS! There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. The land of Uz is often associated with the land of Edom, which was just yonder the Euphrates River, one of the main rivers which watered and beautified the Garden of Eden. There isn't much historical background on the life of Job, the man who eschewed evil and feared God every single day of his life. The Book of Job is regarded as one of the oldest Transcripts of the Holy Bible. Bible scholars also believe that Job was the fourth or fifth generation after Father Abraham. But, most importantly, Job was famously known for his fear and love for God: exactly the way he was described in the very first verse.  Job, The Epitome Of Human Sufferings: no persons dead or alive today had suffered more than Job did! The LORD gave Satan power over everything Job owned but he could not touch Job’s heart and soul!
