Everyday Jesus For Everyday People!

Everyday Jesus was funnier than you'll ever care to know! The Man from Galilee had a great sense of humour, dig a little into the Scriptures and you'll find out... let me help you a bit!

What shall I liken this generation? They are like little children sitting at the marketplace calling unto their fellows... we played pipes for you, and you didn't dance; we mourned unto you, and you didn't weep!

Though funny as this may have sounded, Jesus was dead serious about how disappointed He was with the disbelief He found in the cities where even more miracles were performed.

You see, common people were the lifeblood of the Everyday Jesus... nothing moved His heart with compassion more than when He saw people with needs and trapped inside the quagmire of sin!

Everyday Jesus for Everyday People! I came to seek and to find the lost everyday people. I am the Way, the Truth and the Life... I have a burning compassion for the outcasts, the marginalised, the poor in spirit. Everyday Jesus I am for Everyday People!

For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He hath a devil. The Everyday Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.

The Religious Leaders always accused the Everyday Jesus for mixing unreservedly with all kinds of sinners these religious Hypocrites had marginalised!

Funny how the same people who regarded themselves as the eyes and mouth of God, just how much they hated and despised the very people they were ordained to serve.

Everyday People found in Everyday Jesus what they could not find in the Temple and the Synagogues! After suffering for years under the moral abuse of the Scribes and the Pharisees, everyday people found the answer in Everyday Jesus hidden in plain sight!

Everyday Jesus for Everyday People! I came to seek and to find the lost everyday people. I am the Way, the Truth and the Life...

I have a burning compassion for the outcasts, the marginalised, the poor in spirit. Everyday Jesus I am for Everyday People!

Everyday Jesus rejoiced and prayed, Father, I thank Thee! For Thou has hidden these things from the wise and the prudent of this world; but hast revealed them unto Everyday People!

You will never experience the Love of God until you come to Him as a simple everyday person thru the Everyday Jesus!

Hey, leave us alone, we really have no time for this Everyday Jesus of yours... talk to us when we're dead and gone!

For as it was in the days of Noah before the Flood, people were eating and drinking; marrying and given to marriage: till God sealed and locked the Ark... and so shall it be, with this evil and Adulterous Generation! This is the Third and the Fourth Generation of those who hate God!

Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see: The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the Gospel preached to them. And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

I am the Everyday Jesus, calling Everyday People from everywhere around the World! Come unto me all ye that labour and heavy laden, and I shall give you rest!

Everyday Jesus Everyday People... pray thus: our Father who art in Heaven. Hallowed be Thy Name! Give us our daily bread. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Thy Kingdom come; Thy will be done on Earth as it is done in Heaven! For thine is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory, forever and ever. Amen.

And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples. Everyday Jesus loved, ate with and prayed for people from all walks of life!

To Everyday Jesus, each and everyday soul was worth all the time the Son of God came down and to die for. You are the reason the Everyday Jesus hung on the Cross… Embrace Him and His Cross today!

In Pursuit Of A Dream!   Life is great and life is hard! Life is cruel and life is not fair! These are some of the most common overtones heard daily from Space. If the Almighty were to afford you a rare chance to sit on top of the Globe for one day: you like God, will hear these conjectures coming from the corridors of life below.   We live in the noisiest and the most congested Planet as humans. SO, YOU THINK YOU HAVE A COVENANT WITH GOD?

COMMENTS ... Sometimes, to think that I'm in charge of what I write, where and when I like: is just a wish.  Yesterday I wrote a complete Soweto June 16th Uprisings Tribute.. two hours later, I've had to delete the whole thing. Why? Because l had no witness of the Spirit in my heart.  Well, that's just me! God gave me all these Thoughts and Words to play with the rest of my life. I have gazillion words to play around with.  This narrative came over me early this morning. I felt like God was reminding me of the Covenant between Him and Jesus.  Kenneth Copeland and all the false teachers dance around their mega churches and brag about the Covenant they never had.  I'm always left speechless whenever I see thousands run behind false teachers and false prophets as if they cannot read the Bible for themselves.  I follow Jesus in His Word and nobody else. I am the addict of the Doctrine of Christ!  Nothing fascinates and moves my heart and soul like the anointed Word of God!
