 Looking Into Me!

Last night I went to bed quite early at eight, a very unusual time for me to hit the sack. Anyway, there I was, sleeping soundly and occasionally snoring when suddenly; my brain nudged me to wake up. What time is it, I talked with myself?

It's zero minutes at Midnight, September 18th... the clock in my phone replied! Ouch, why wake me up this early? Hello, today it’s your Birthday, remember… it’s your Birthday?

Oh yea, now I remember… wow, look at how Beautiful Darkness is, and what Serenading Peace there is all around! It’s great feeling great so early in the morning. Happy Birthday Sydney!

Today I’m going to do my best not to worry about anything, be very patient and forgiving to all those around me! How can I feel otherwise after my mother had waited patiently for nine long months?

I was born on a Friday hence I’m going to be happy and let it all hang out till someone says: Hey, what’s wrong with you, been smiling all day long?

Looking into me, is always the hardest thing for me to do, since it comes around with mixed emotions of happiness, sadness and missed opportunities! Looking into me.

Life has taught me that Life is not what Life has become, but what Life has always been and what it is today, as I breathe in and out… just like I did when I drew my very first breath those many years ago!

Today I feel like I’m sitting on top of the moon and looking at life below my feet… these lights all over the Earth are very fascinating to my eyes. Looking into me… I still feel happy and alone just the way I was, as a tiny red baby feeling safe and protected inside my mother’s loving arms!

I got my first kiss and first hug from my dear mother! I saw love and the beauty of life in the sparkling eyes of my mother. Nobody in this life would have celebrated my Birthday like my mother would if she was still around!

Looking into me today, brings all the serenity into my heart that no amount of pain or challenge, could ever take it away from me. I’m happy today because God smiled down on me and said, Yea, go ahead Sydney into the Life I have given you… It’s your Birthday! Looking into me… yes, I still am because I’m alive… it’s my Birthday!

Yesterday, I stood and gazed over a Giant Crystal-Clear Pond and saw this ever-dancing Apparition of me: dancing and yielding joyously to the floating waters. This was Life looking and staring upon Life. Thoughts overlapping over the same thoughts floating inside the Pond!

In a split second, I wondered if my thoughts were the same and mutual as those in the Floating Apparition of myself? In a freakish desperation, I turned around, only to find my Shadow still standing behind me and smiling.

So there’s three of us around here; I thought to myself? Sighed with grateful relief that said, at least I’m not alone here! Looking into me and feeling great to be able to stand unassisted in the World filled with Seven Billion Souls.

Looking into me, I know there’s not so many who remembers me on my Birthday… after all, I get Gazillion Heavenly Hugs every time I breathe and blink my eyes to realize I’m still alive under the Sun.

Happy Birthday Sydney, it’s your special day for you today because God loves and cares very much for you…

Looking into me… God Above embraces me thru the Stars, smiles down on me thru the Moon… and reminds me… I told you so, thru the Sun in the morning!

I continue looking into me in forward steps without looking back because life can only be realized only in forward movements… Happy Happiest Birthday Sydney!

IN PURSUIT OF A DREAM!

In Pursuit Of A Dream!   Life is great and life is hard! Life is cruel and life is not fair! These are some of the most common overtones heard daily from Space. If the Almighty were to afford you a rare chance to sit on top of the Globe for one day: you like God, will hear these conjectures coming from the corridors of life below.   We live in the noisiest and the most congested Planet as humans. If God had offered a choice to parents in which Planet, they’d wish to have their babies born. SO, YOU THINK YOU HAVE A COVENANT WITH GOD?

COMMENTS ... Sometimes, to think that I'm in charge of what I write, where and when I like: is just a wish.  Yesterday I wrote a complete Soweto June 16th Uprisings Tribute.. two hours later, I've had to delete the whole thing. Why? Because l had no witness of the Spirit in my heart.  Well, that's just me! God gave me all these Thoughts and Words to play with the rest of my life. I have gazillion words to play around with.  This narrative came over me early this morning. I felt like God was reminding me of the Covenant between Him and Jesus.  Kenneth Copeland and all the false teachers dance around their mega churches and brag about the Covenant they never had.  I'm always left speechless whenever I see thousands run behind false teachers and false prophets as if they cannot read the Bible for themselves.  I follow Jesus in His Word and nobody else. I am the addict of the Doctrine of Christ!  Nothing fascinates and moves my heart and soul like the anointed Word of God!
