Standing Beside Myself!

Once upon a time in Eternity, I find myself standing in the Presence of the Almighty God.

Whether this was in my dream or seeing a vision, I cannot tell for sure. But one thing I know for sure; this was me, just as I used to be on earth.

By standing I mean, no mortal can really stand before God as you would before a mortal judge. I have been to a courthouse only twice in my life.

The Presence of God all over me, around me, and under my feet was more real than anything I have seen or felt before!

Is this the Judgement Day or just another hallucinating experience on my part? It is easier to find yourself flying when dreaming.

O mortal man, is this your body that you wore on earth? God asked.

For the first time and at that very moment I realized, I was standing without and staring at my own body!

Did I see God or His glorious face? If you asked me, I do not remember any of that. Were you conscious of the heavenly surroundings which enveloped you?

Again, this was no tourist attraction visit for me: God’s Presence is and was the only reality I felt all the time.

Can His voice be compared to anything you've heard before?  How did the voice of God sound like to you?

It is humanly hard for me to even try to decipher just how many billionths per second God had to reduce His Majestic voice, down to our decimal to echo in my ears.

But hey, the most exciting thing about hearing God’s voice is that it does not invoke horrific fear in my heart because I did not hear it via my ears but through my heart, the still small voice within my consciousness.

Hallelujah!

Standing beside myself was the most revealing thing about my being than hearing His voice. This was the Almighty reminding me; I was more than flesh and blood.

Excuse me, my friend, it looks like I have reached the end of this reel. Let us meet next time if and  when the Spirit affords me another clean page to finish my story.

I wish you the peace of God in your heart, keep the Heavenly Jerusalem firmly wrapped up inside your heart!

ARE WE THERE YET!

  Are We There Yet! But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in Heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. I can still vividly remember, how people in South Africa were outraged and incensed after a baby of six months was brutally raped. I was seething and frothing with unimaginable revenge and pure hatred for that evil man who had raped the helpless baby! This was back in the late nineties. O’ for the pain we all felt in our hearts, for this evil which we had never heard of before! There is something strange about human nature.   Checkmate! What would you say, if I suggested to you that life is one hell of a game, began with teams of players and continued to play till all the original teammates were dead? No matter how you look around your once busy world, this place is getting lonelier. My mind keeps on jumping backwards, painfully reminding me of my lost world. Just the other day. I was going through my old photos, looking at these unforgettable pictures of my colleagues I shot back in our offices. Why does it never occur to our minds to be observant of all the things we do and the way we do them?
