WHAT MANNER OF
MAN IS THIS?
And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner
of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?
Jesus’s life was nothing short of
miracles: a tapestry of life conflated with signs and wonders! Of all the
miracles Jesus’s Disciples witnessed, Calming the Storms at Sea stood out as
the Greatest of them All! What manner of Man is this Man? Even Mother Nature in
Her wildest self, obeys the Voice of Jesus: the Son of Man and the Son of God!
I don’t know about anybody else but as for
me, every time I read the Gospels: Heaven always sounds sweeter to my ears. The
Body of Christ is sitting on top of the Gold Field, instead of attracting the
World to our side: it is us who identify with them sinners! What a pity!
What manner of Man is this,
even the Wind and the Sea obey Him? He maketh the Storm a calm, so that the Waves
thereof are still. Fire, and Hail; Snow, and Vapour; Stormy Wind fulfilling His
Word. Jesus Christ is His Name!
And He entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there
which had a withered hand. And they watched Him, whether he would heal Him on
the Sabbath day; that they might accuse Him.
The Scribes and the Pharisees were
nothing better than the dirty politicians, who always feel it’s their appointed
duty to disrupt and derail any progress aimed at benefiting the common man! Pretending
to be the experts of the Law of Moses while degrading the Works of Christ whose
Coming Moses heralded: became the lowest point of their pretentious religious
lives.
Fighting and making noise about the Sabbath
which they didn’t understand even, proved futile against the Lord of Sabbath Jesus
was! Jesus went ahead and healed the man with a withered hand and, instead of
Praising God for the miracle: these hypocrites got offended. The Sabbath was
made for man and not man for the Sabbath, Jesus told them.
And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the
Herodians against Him, how they might destroy Him. They wanted to kill Jesus in the Name of
God, for healing the sick and raising the dead by the Power of God. They
couldn’t dispute or refute His Works in public.
What manner of Man is this,
even the Wind and the Sea obey Him? He maketh the Storm a calm, so that the Waves
thereof are still. Fire, and Hail; Snow, and Vapour; Stormy Wind fulfilling His
Word. Jesus Christ is His Name!
And He spake to His Disciples, that a small ship should wait on Him
because of the multitude, lest they should throng Him. For He had healed many;
insomuch that they pressed upon Him for to touch Him, as many as had plagues. And
unclean spirits, when they saw Him, fell down before Him, and cried, saying,
Thou art the Son of God. And he straitly charged them that they should not make
Him known. Demons knew Jesus was the Son of God
except the Religious Leaders! How sad!

thereof are still. Fire, and Hail; Snow, and Vapour; Stormy Wind fulfilling His
Word. Jesus Christ is His Name!
And when they had sent away the multitude, they took Him even as He
was in the ship. And there were also with Him other little ships. People were pushing to get closer to Him, others
wanted to touch Him so they can be healed. No Hollywood Icon, Politician or Rock Star was ever thronged like Jesus!
Jesus
was dog-tired after Preaching and Healing the sick so much, His Disciples had
to carry Him into the ship. Jesus hit the sack as soon as they laid Him down. While
Jesus was sleeping in the bunker, the wind and the storm raged and scared the
Disciples to death: they woke Him up and Jesus calmed the stormy sea!
What manner of Man is this? And there shall be a
Tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge,
and for a covert from storm and from rain! What manner
of Man is this? Jesus Christ is His Name.
