Last Night My Lighthouse Dimmed Off Forever!

Of all the people God brought into my life, no one remains brighter than my Dearest Brother-in law. Our mortal life as humans, is completely made out of a summary of our days: and the total of all those who left an indelible mark in our souls!

People cross our paths every single day, and the same pass on as if nothing changed in our atmosphere: and so, we forget them. Then, there are those who cross our paths and remain in our souls for a lifetime!

I knew my Brother-in law from my childhood, as a naïve kid in our neighbourhood. Moses enjoyed playing good football and, as young kids we looked up to him for inspiration. Well, as life would have it; Moses fell in love with my Big Sister: Lala, and I approved of their relationship! Ha-ha, believe me now: in my Book of Thoughts; I did.

Looking back, I can still see my Big Sister sprinting into our house: with Moses hot in pursuit of her after Lala had been naughty. As the LORD liveth, I always believed my Brother-in law was always justified in chasing her in every fallout I personally witnessed: for real now!

This then explains the reason I always believed Moses was the best suitor for Lala. The man was brutally honest and easy to walk with in the Garden of Life: Moses was my Lighthouse shining brighter than all the celebrities in the Universe.

After they got married, Moses became one of the cornerstones and elder in our humble family! We couldn't find any footing and quorum to continue in every Family Meeting without my Brother-in law: Moses was our Lighthouse. I valued him more than silver and gold and, heretofore, find it hard how to soldier on without Moses.

You remained true to my late Big Sister even in the worst of times: where even the most committed husbands in the World, would have justifiably walked off: but you never did the obvious! Like the Biblical Moses, you led your kids right down to your very last breath. I adore and will miss you dearly even though I told you a million times, just how much you impacted my life littered with so many regrets. I still feel short in more ways than one!

Last Night My Lighthouse Dimmed Off Forever! It didn't completely go out since I have already allocated a Bright Star in the Galaxies: which will always remind me on every single night: I'm still here my brother, God only alleviated me to Higher Ground.

His Celestial Bright Star will always shine in my heart and soul, reminding me of all the better days we've had in this life of pain: filling me with hope of a better Celestial Tomorrow in the Hereafter! I will soar thru the painful clouds like an Eagle and use these memoirs as wings to cope with my lifetime of mourning and sadness!

Last Night My Lighthouse Dimmed Off Forever! It didn't completely go out since I have already allocated a Bright Star in the Galaxies: which will always remind me every single night: I'm still here my brother, God only alleviated me to Higher Ground.

Rest in Peace and in Power my Elder, Big Brother: you are the only Brother-in law I've ever had, and the very last one in this life.

Your sun rose up those many decades ago and God has flicked your heartbeat off, this side of Heaven: because it is the sunset in your day on Earth!

Joy comes in the morning, let’s meet up again when the clock of this wicked World runs out, as God folds it like a dirty rag.

Last Night My Lighthouse Dimmed Off Forever! Like the Children of Israel followed Moses the Prophet in the Wilderness: I shall follow you: my Moses, yonder the grave!

Last Night My Lighthouse Dimmed Off, and I'm going to light a candle and locate your Bright Celestial Star! You’ll remaining shining brighter than the day, in this heart of mine as long as my heart beats! Bon Voyage my Dearest Elder..

  Between The Ears! Hearing in a newborn baby, is one of the earliest activated senses... even before this baby could see. Words get spoken out and start to reverberate around the head and get trapped between the ears before they make sense to the brain. Babies, learn to interpret sign language and by reading lips ahead of understanding the language spoken in their homes. Is it not amazing and refreshing that we learned to smile after seeing our mothers demonstrate their warm smiles and mimicked them joyfully kicking with all fours? Between the ears...
