THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE!
THE
TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE!
Two women stood before King Solomon
the Judge: accusing each other over a dead baby. The two lived in the same
house and both had tiny babies of equal days. The two young mothers had a great
party one evening and drank lots of wine and retired to their beds in a Dizzy Drunken
Stupor! What reckless fools!
Early in the morning, this one woman woke up before her housemate, and
to her horror; found out that her baby had suffocated to death. She had
accidentally laid on top of her own baby whilst under the influence and decided
to steal her housemate's baby while she slept.
After swapping the clothes of the two
babies: the other woman rose up from her drunken sleep; and realized her baby
had died! She cried and took the baby in her arms and smelled it as if to say
goodbye. No, she thought to herself; this is not my baby!
The arguments and accusations ensued after she confronted her
housemate for stealing and swapping her dead baby for hers.
They presented their dispositions
before King Solomon, where the same accusations and arguments continued without
end. In his Final Ruling, Judge Solomon asked for a sword in order to slice the
surviving baby into two halves to settle the case.
The guilty woman jubilantly agreed but the rightful owner of the
baby said: Long live the King, I'd rather let her keep my baby than to kill it!
Compassionate Appeal from a Loving Mother! King Solomon smiled and wisely
handed the baby over to its Rightful Mother!
So, you thought women struggling with
alcohol was a Modern-Day Scourge: think again? I always struggled to reconcile
women with alcohol since it always brings out the worst in them than men.
Always remember this: Every time you get drunk, Alcohol induces the
Stupor of Memory Loss and a Bandwidth of Nothingness; when you can’t recall
what happened during those Dark Hours of your Drunken Stupor.
If God let you see your Timeline; there’d
be lot of gaps where you’d never be able to connect the dots and tell what
really happened! Each and every time you lift the glass, Hear me now!
The big difference between the two women, is the Truth spoken by
the real mother of the surviving baby. She spoke the Truth and the Truth set
her Free. She was even prepared to give up her baby to the lying and scheming housemate
who tried to steal her baby.
The King exposed her wicked heart in this
ground-breaking wise ruling and thus settled this Complicated Case as God would
have!
And you shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free, cried
Jesus to the Pharisees! In this part of the Scripture, Jesus was pointing at
Himself as the Truth and the Religious Leaders disagreed with Him.
On the flip side of the same coin,
Jesus was also saying in general, it is important for men to always speak the Truth,
in all circumstances: even to their own hurt!
When you speak the Truth, you free yourself from the lies that entangle
forever: since lying needs to be fine-tune every once in a while. Truth needs
no help or support from anyone: it stands alone and speaks for itself. It’ll do
the Talking and Walking for you! Just stand back and hold your Peace.. You’re
100% covered!
In my Life as a Child of God, I have learned
to Speak the Truth to Power; even when it meant I lose my face and pride. I’d
rather run naked in front of the World than to lie in the Presence of the
Living God!
It’s hard for me to lie through the Words and Thoughts I share with
you in these Pages of Life. Every Dedication I wrote for anybody is always
based on the Truth and True Experience lived with the Individual Celebrated.
It’d be hard and next to impossible
to write the same Testaments even for my own brothers. Why? Because I can’t
feel them and know them not. It takes the Truth for me to be inspired and
dedicate my Lines and Words for that individual.
Let your Yea be Yea, and your Nay be Nay; my Bible commands me! It
only takes Yes or No to free yourself from the habit of Lying.
Ananias and Seraphina died on the spot after lying to the Holy Ghost. They thought they were deceiving Apostle Peter and had no idea they were in the Presence of the Living God. For we can do nothing against the Truth but for the Truth, cried Apostle Paul!
