THE GOOD SAMARITAN!

THE GOOD SAMARITAN! And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his clothes, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. And by chance there came down a certain Priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him, And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an Inn, and took care of him. MY BUTTERFLY!

My Butterfly! Living in my lofty apartment and glaring down these industrial buildings they call modern development. The loss of touch with Mother Nature is nausea for my soul. Sounds of machinery, cars, and delivery trucks doing their day and night routine is nothing but jarring music to my soul. With due respect to the birds out there. Looking through my windows, I can see jovial swallows heralding the coming rain. It is hard for me to believe this is the same town where I grew up as a boy. O God, we had all kinds of trees and types of fruits for free. But today? Walking down the open fields, we used to be surrounded by thousands of butterfly species all day long! Butterflies would fearlessly land al...

What ls Life Life is God breathing a piece of Himself into a lifeless dummy of Adam. God always gives life once and cannot end or take it away, even how bad He wanted. Men cannot see what only God sees. Every time God looks upon this world…. He sees eight billion pieces of Himself walking around in all directions. Man like God, cannot die and disappear like a puff of smoke into the atmosphere.  Man was created and made in the image and the likeness of God. We carry the indestructible God’s DNA in our souls. What is life? Nothing can be identified as life without stemming from the roots of life of the Almighty God! Man can hate and curse God all he wants… but God sustains His everlasting smile and love for His image. Nobody understands our fragile frame like God does. His patience and mercy for our rebellious hearts is immeasurable. What is life?  In God we walk, live and have our being. The nature of God in our hearts gives us restless souls burdened with sinful guilt. Like a ...
