If you will, allow me to introduce you to the real Jesus: the one your church is not talking about!
You see, the Jesus of the New Testament Bible was not calm as the waterfall; full of decorum and order based on the traditions of men.
Even though the Religious Leaders of the day claimed to be the experts of the Law; they failed to identify Jesus the Messiah.
For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the Government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Prophet Isaiah echoed these prophetic words seven hundred years before the Birth of Christ. Every single word God has uttered since time immemorial; nothing has fallen through the cracks because God is the Great I AM.
And the child grew, and waxed strong in Spirit, filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was upon Him.
This is Apostle Luke giving his own account on the miraculous Child who was born to save the world from the clutches of Hell and death.
Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. Repent, repent, for the Kingdom of God is coming!
If Jesus, as the Son of God, led by example and preached the Gospel of the Kingdom of God on the streets of Galilee: who do you think you are? Are you one of them fools who think giving out money will represent them in the Kingdom of God?
Oh My God! What is this man talking about?
For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He hath a devil. The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of the publicans and sinners!
The Religious Leaders did not like Jesus because He always spoke the truth like no man ever spoke before. These guys did not know that Jesus was the Truth Personified.
OMG! The same pharisaical spirit is operating today!
And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
Why does your Master eat with publicans and sinners? The Pharisees queried the Disciples.
Oh My God! Jesus is having lunch with the sinners! He cannot for certain, be the Messiah and the Son of God!
Hello Spirit-filled and tongue-talking Christians! Did you know that the minority groups also have their place in the sun like the holy you?
If Jesus walked this earth today, how would He treat the marginalized individuals?
OMG! Jesus is hugging the lesbians, homosexuals, the transsexuals, and all those people we chased away from our church.
OMG! Does this man not know that this woman who anoints His feet is a sinner?
Oh My God!
I have never looked down upon anyone because I am just another sinner. I am not God!
Even though Jesus was God, yet He humbled Himself to lift us up to God!
